1 Year Extended Warranty

1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty:

Included with your purchase is a 1 Year parts and labor warranty. Please note that this warranty is not a refund policy; it is designed to facilitate the repair or replacement of any faulty components that may prevent your computer from functioning correctly.

Warranty Start Date:
The warranty period begins on the day your computer is delivered.

Warranty Coverage

1. Hermes warrants that your Custom PC will be free from material defects in parts, materials, components, and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the start of the warranty period.

2. We commit to repair, or replace, at our discretion, any material defects in parts, materials, components, or workmanship within the warranty period.

3. Hermes offers complimentary technical support services related to the repair or replacement of any material defects.

Client Responsibilities

• Client is responsible for shipping costs when returning the PC or components to Hermes for service.
• Repairs or replacements will match the likeness, kind, quality, and performance of the defective part or component. We aim to maintain the original specifications of your PC.
• In special cases and at the Client's request, Hermes may replace a defective part with an upgraded part, with the Client covering the cost difference.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at hermesadvancements@gmail.com and using Warranty as the subject for the email.

Exclusions & Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, user error, user modification, user installation, electrical power issues, failure to perform preventive maintenance, or use that does not align with manufacturers' specifications for component parts. It does not cover software of any kind.

Additionally, this Limited Warranty is void if:

• BIOS settings are altered
• Overclocking is performed
• Ownership is transferred
• Repairs are conducted by non-Hermes entities
• The Client fails to follow technical support instructions
• The Client changes a hardware component not originally used

Any repair or replacement by Hermes will not extend the original 1 Year period of this Standard Limited Warranty. Hermes is the exclusive provider of warranty repairs or replacements.

Repairs After Warranty Period is Over

After the warranty period ends, we retain the option to refuse repair requests. If we decide to proceed with the repairs, charges will apply according to the cost of parts, along with our standard $200 repair fee. Please note that shipping costs for sending the product to and from our facility for repairs are the responsibility of the client.

Disclaimer

Hermes provides this express written warranty. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Our sole responsibility is to repair or replace a PC or its components, parts, or materials with material defects after the PC is returned to us. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Should a PC require return for repair during the first 1 Year of purchase, the original packaging supplied by Hermes must be returned, particularly if items need replacement or require RMA to the manufacturer.

Initiating Warranty Service:
To initiate the warranty process, please contact us at hermesadvancements@gmail.com using Warranty as the subject for the email. Once you reach out, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where to ship your computer. After we receive your computer, we will notify you when the repairs are completed and the computer is ready to be shipped back to you. At this point, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping the computer back to your location.
